HMS99's Multi-Layer Login Security

Hms99 builds its login system with security as the top priority — not just a formality. Every time you log into your account, several layers of protection work automatically behind the scenes.

1
256-bit End-to-End SSL Encryption

All data submitted during login — including your username and password — is encrypted using SSL 256-bit, making it impossible to intercept on its way to the hms99 servers.

2
Suspicious Login Detection

The hms99 system automatically detects login attempts from unrecognized locations or new devices. If detected, you will receive a verification notification before access is granted.

3
Two-Step OTP Verification

Enable two-step verification in your account settings and every login will require an OTP code sent to your phone number — an extra security layer ensuring only you can log in.

4
Session Auto-Expires

If there is no activity for a certain period, your hms99 login session will automatically end to protect your account — especially useful when accessing from a shared device or network.

Warning: hms99 will never ask for your account password via chat, phone, email, or SMS. If anyone claims to be from hms99 and requests your password, report it to our CS immediately.

Tips for Keeping Your hms99 Account Secure

Account security is a shared responsibility between hms99 and you as the user. Here are a few simple steps that are highly effective in protecting your account:

  • Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, at least 8 characters long. Do not reuse passwords from other accounts.
  • Enable two-step verification (OTP) in your hms99 account security settings — the fastest and easiest way to significantly strengthen your login security.
  • Never share your password or OTP code with anyone, including those claiming to be hms99 customer support or staff. Our official team will never ask for this information.
  • Always log out of your hms99 account after playing, especially when using a device accessible to others such as an office computer or a borrowed phone.
  • Update your password regularly — every 3 months is recommended — and use a trusted password manager to keep things organized.
  • Make sure you access hms99 only through the official URL hms99.net or the official app downloaded from trusted sources. Beware of fake sites that imitate the look of hms99.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, change your password immediately and contact hms99 customer support via live chat for further investigation.

FAQ About hms99 Login

Having trouble logging in? Find quick answers to the most common login issues.

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the hms99 login page. You will be asked to enter the phone number registered to your account, and the system will send an OTP code to reset your password. Once the code is entered and verified, you can create a new password immediately. The process typically takes less than 2 minutes.

The hms99 security system automatically locks your account temporarily after several consecutive failed login attempts. This is a protection feature to prevent unauthorized access. Wait a few minutes before trying again, or use the OTP password reset feature to immediately regain access to your account.

Your hms99 account can be accessed from a browser and the app simultaneously, but for security, the system limits the number of active sessions allowed at one time. Logging in from a new device may automatically end the session on your previous device — a security feature that protects your account from unauthorized access.

Both are equally secure as hms99 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all connections, whether via browser or app. However, the official hms99 app offers added advantages including push notifications for suspicious activity and biometric authentication (fingerprint or Face ID) on supported devices.

Immediately change your account password via hms99 account settings or the password reset feature. Then, enable two-step verification if not yet active, and contact hms99 CS via live chat to report the incident. Our security team will help review your account activity and ensure your account is secure again.

If two-step verification is enabled on your account, an OTP will be sent every time you log in — this is a security setting you activated yourself. To reduce how often OTP is requested, you can use the "Remember this device" option when logging in from a trusted personal device. This setting can be changed at any time in the hms99 account security menu.
